The table itself only refers to the standard Movity Collants tights and parts sold in our online shop.

If for some reason the base color's you seek are not listed, please contact us.

This general size chart, is not a customware size chart, they are very different.

When ordering customized costumes we send another size chart table, more detailed, designed to capture all of your measurements.

Refunds

The policy below reflects goods purchased via ( A ) drop shipped from one of our fulfillment print centers located between Australia to the USA, we have a few of them, all TERMED - on demand services' via on demand fulfillment groups.

Or ( B ) - non printed on demand fulfilment groups.

( A ) Printed only items - We guarantee 100% satisfaction - simple as that

Each and every product is made on-demand, with lots of love and pride. None of our products are mass-produced; we fulfil all orders by hand, within two centres, both based in the USA.

With that said, if for some weird reason you’re not happy with the product you’ve received, both our printing groups will gladly take the items back or replace it / them with something else.

But they need to be legit reasons.

The reasons I mention now DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

Also note all unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Address Not Included - If our printers address isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you the end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself the end customer.

Returned by you the Customer - It is best that you our end customer contact us ( Wholesale Leotard ) before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at only at your expense and our discretion. A new order, would be at your expense, plus you would need to place an updated size choice if you choose to accept a size exchange as our end customer.

Please just make sure you let us know about the problem within 7 days after the estimated delivery date...For your reference if you do need to return a product?

Look for the return information included within your order from either of the two printing groups we use, once you identify that group, contact them directly, because they are the printers and the product is shipped direct to you via them.

As a rule our printing groups are quick re-pliers, they will let you know what the next steps are. As they say and we agree, they / us - never want to leave you unhappy with your order, so don’t hesitate to tell them / us what the problem was. We all appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to improve our service for everyone

.( optional ) Contact us at Wholesale Leotard to let us know something is amiss and tell us about the problem too; Just so you know; You do not need to, nor are you obligated too contact us if you choose not to, I just like to know if something is wrong and what steps we may need to take to correct it, so it cannot happen again.

Sub Notes. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our printers’ part are covered at our printers’ expense, all refunds need photo factual evidence prior to claim acceptance.

( B ) Non Printed Items - Our policy lasts only up until your product is being printed or shipped, both take a max of 48 hours upon us paying for the goods to be fulfilled, so time is short, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include photos.

A couple of types of goods are exempt from being returned.

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Worn items of clothing / dancewear

* altered clothing / dancewear

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note sometimes your purchase does go back to the manufacturer, but that will be easily seen on the package when it arrives.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and not reported within 7 days of you receiving it.

Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved - then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. ( Future Addon )

Shipping - To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Maranui Street, Mount Maunganui, North Island, 3116, New Zealand - OR - the address stated on the package slip, if in doubt just ask, we are here to help.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable / (traceable ) shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
